About Warranty:

Fine Patio warrants the products to be free of defects in the material and workmanship for one year of the original owner. 

The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of teak furniture or fine cracks that appear on surface of teak wood or ends. Small cracks are completely normal and do not impair the utility of the product. Natural wood products can have color and grain variations, and are not considered a "defect" under warranty.

Normal wear and tear is defined as "the normal deterioration that is received by regular use of any piece of furniture." Although highly unlikely, events where furniture has simply become unglued are considered a maintenance issue and are not covered by warranty.

Exceptions and Limitations:

1: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligent use, unauthorized repairs, damage caused by customer's own umbrellas, infestation, fire, negligence, hurricanes, tornados, floods, typhoons, cyclones, wind damage and other acts of God.

2: Deck display item, clearance sale items sold “As Is”, or Marked as “Final Sale” are not covered under warranty or any terms.

3: Umbrellas, Cushions are excluded.

4: Consequential Damage: Fine Patio cannot be responsible for “Consequential Damages” (i.e., injury caused by broken furniture.)

Fine Patio must be contacted prior to any shipment of defective pieces and before any third party repair person is contacted.

The terms of this warranty may change without notice.You understand and agree that the Service is provided to you on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. Fine Patio also reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you.
