Warranty
Fine Patio will provide one –year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Valid to original purchaser. Original receipt required. Please email photos to us at service@finepatio.com , we will decide whether to repair or to replace the item.
Cancellations and refund policy:
For showroom purchase:
You will receive full refund if you cancel your order prior to the items been assembled.
For Online purchase:
The furniture must be in unused and unassembled condition. Custom made cushion and clearance or special event sales cannot be canceled.
No refunds or return on merchandise after 7 days of delivery. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please call to receive an authorization number prior to returning.
All refunds will be mailed within 6 business days of processing.
